Eshallgo Inc. (NASDAQ: EHGO) has launched its second major international partnership initiative through an exclusive strategic cooperation agreement between wholly owned subsidiary EShallGo USA Inc. and Zhongshan Senwei Office Supplies Co. Ltd. EShallGo USA will distribute Zhongshan Senwei’s compatible printing consumables across North America, while Zhongshan Senwei will manage product development, manufacturing, quality control and export fulfillment. The companies plan to begin sales through Temu, Amazon and other e-commerce platforms before expanding into additional channels and customer segments. Founded in 2009, Zhongshan Senwei manufactures compatible color toner cartridges, drum units and other office consumables, holds 58 national patents and sells products in more than 100 countries and regions. Eshallgo established EShallGo USA in May 2025 to support North American sales, marketing, logistics and customer service. The agreement follows the company’s global IT partnership with Maxsun. EHGO shares rose 20.43% to $2.17 in Wednesday premarket trading, according to Benzinga Pro data.
