Anthony Scaramucci said $100,000 was a "magic number" for early Bitcoin holders who had held the asset for 10 to 15 years, with concentrated selling after the price reached that level last year. He said the selling was amplified when expectations for a "super bull market" failed to materialize. Speaking at the SALT Conference, Scaramucci said AI agents will very likely settle transactions on blockchain networks in the future. John Darsie, SALT CEO and a SkyBridge partner, said Bitcoin ownership is shifting from early tech enthusiasts and libertarians toward institutions and family offices. He identified computing power, energy, AI, robotics, financial technology and digital assets as major investment themes for the next decade.
