TELUS Digital was named a Leader—the highest designation—in both the Overall and AI Training segments of the 2026 NelsonHall NEAT Evaluation for AI Enablement Services. The evaluation assessed 11 vendors on their ability to deliver immediate benefit and meet future client requirements. NelsonHall cited TELUS Digital’s end-to-end AI enablement services, roughly 80,000 employees across 35 countries, about 77 AI enablement clients, proprietary quality-control tools and agentic AI development capabilities. In the AI Training segment, it recognized the company’s approximately 1 million registered users and 115,000 active members across about 104 countries, its computer-vision and advanced driver assistance systems experience, and its growing work in physical AI, robotics and embodied AI. The report also highlighted access to compute capacity through TELUS’ Sovereign AI Factory in Rimouski, Quebec, and the extension of the Ground Truth Studio platform into robotics workflows. TELUS Digital said its services span data collection, annotation, validation, model training, operationalization, AI infrastructure and custom applications, with specialized expertise covering more than 20 verified domains.
