StoneX Commodity Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of StoneX Group Inc., has successfully acquired Advanced Marketing Group, LLC, an agricultural ingredients trader based in Wilsonville, Oregon. Founded in 2010, AMG trades animal feed, pet food ingredients and organic fertilizer blends for manufacturers, producers, feed mills, feedlots and fertilizer brands. The company has roughly 20 trading and operations professionals across four U.S. states and Canada, supported by trans-load and storage locations. ACT Capital Advisors advised AMG on the transaction.
