Deere & Company reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $1.379 billion, or $5.10 per diluted share, compared with $1.289 billion, or $4.75 per share, a year earlier. Worldwide net sales and revenues rose 5% to $12.608 billion. The results exceeded analyst estimates, although estimates cited in the two reports varied: $4.70 or $4.71 per share and $10.730 billion or $10.81 billion in revenue. Construction & Forestry and Small Agriculture & Turf delivered strong growth, while Production & Precision Agriculture declined. Deere raised its fiscal 2026 net income outlook to $4.75 billion-$5 billion and said early order trends, improving used-equipment inventories and technology adoption support its view that 2026 will mark the bottom of the agricultural equipment cycle.
