NACCO Industries appointed Patrick J. Burns as an independent director effective August 19, 2026. Burns has more than three decades of experience as a chief executive officer, chief financial officer and board member across manufacturing and industrial businesses. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Precision Fabrics Group, Inc. from 2022 to July 2026 and previously was President and Chief Executive Officer of AGY Holdings Corp. NACCO Industries Chairman of the Board General John P. Jumper said Burns’s executive, financial and board experience would complement the skills represented on the Board. Burns holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and is an honors graduate of the Master of Business Administration program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
