X suspended several Bitcoin-related accounts after Nikita Bier alleged that one person operated more than 10 accounts, recycled other users’ content and extracted more than $250,000 from X’s Creator Revenue Sharing program over two years. Bier said the matter was being forwarded to law enforcement. The accounts identified in the cluster included @Vivek4real_, @Bitcoin_Teddy, @BitcoinSapiens, @Kalshibacktest, @polybacktest and @saylordocs, which were associated with Documenting Saylor. X has not publicly disclosed every account allegedly controlled by the operator or independently confirmed the earnings claim. The allegations surfaced around August 18, 2026, when attention focused on commentator Vivek Sen’s roughly 270,000-follower @Vivek4real_ account. The alleged scheme involved downloading and reposting journalists’ and creators’ videos and posts, sometimes removing watermarks or other identifying material, then distributing the material across large accounts to capture impressions and platform payments. Gareth Jenkinson of The Block said he had confronted Vivek over uncredited clips from his show, while Pledditor questioned whether referring the matter to law enforcement was a proportionate response. The case comes as X moves away from its existing revenue-sharing system toward rewards for original work and continues broader enforcement against spam, engagement farms, AI-generated reply bots and other low-quality activity.
