Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City have agreed a deal worth £75 million for Brazilian winger Savinho, with add-ons potentially taking the package to £85 million. The 22-year-old is expected to undergo a medical in London before signing a long-term contract with Spurs. The agreement follows Tottenham bids of about £60 million to £70 million in 2025, which City rejected while maintaining a higher valuation. Savinho’s desire to leave after a season largely spent on the bench helped unlock the transfer. City signed him from Troyes for approximately £31 million to £34 million in July 2024, meaning the proposed sale could become the club’s highest-ever outgoing transfer. The move is the centerpiece of Tottenham’s squad overhaul under head coach Roberto De Zerbi. A separate proposed deal for Omar Marmoush, previously valued at roughly €60 million (£51 million), had also been discussed, while City’s willingness to consider further departures reflects its post-Pep Guardiola restructuring.
