Rackspace Technology investors who purchased shares between May 7 and July 8, 2026, have until Sept. 28, 2026, to seek lead-plaintiff status in a proposed securities class action. Schall, Brown & Schwartz alleges Rackspace made materially false or misleading statements about its enterprise AI investments, Private Cloud business and fiscal 2026 revenue outlook. An earlier Kaplan Fox notice described related allegations involving Rackspace's Public Cloud infrastructure resale business, creating a difference in how the affected cloud operations are characterized. Investors do not need to become lead plaintiff to participate in any possible recovery, and the class has not yet been certified.
