Bekaert repurchased 54,031 shares for €2,061,196 during the five trading days from Aug. 13 through Aug. 19, 2026, under the next tranche of its share buyback program, which has a maximum consideration of €75 million and is intended to cancel all repurchased shares. Kepler Cheuvreux SA conducted the purchases on Bekaert’s behalf at an average price of €38.15, with prices ranging from €37.55 to €38.95. Under a renewed liquidity agreement announced on June 25, 2024, Kepler Cheuvreux also bought and sold 5,400 shares each on Euronext Brussels during the same period. Bekaert held 26,554 shares under the liquidity agreement at the period-end and owned 2,039,617 shares, or 4.07% of its outstanding shares, after the market closed on Aug. 19.
