Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP reminded investors that Oct. 5, 2026 is the deadline to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a securities class action involving Replimune Group, Inc. investors who purchased or acquired the company’s securities between Oct. 20, 2025 and April 10, 2026. The complaint alleges that Replimune and other defendants made materially false or misleading statements and failed to disclose concerns about the design of studies supporting its Biologics License Application for RP1 combined with nivolumab in advanced melanoma. On April 10, 2026, the FDA (U.S. drug regulator) issued a Complete Response Letter rejecting the application, citing deficiencies in studies RPL-001-16 and RP1-104. Replimune’s shares fell 19.46% to $4.76 before trading was halted, then dropped another 64.29% to $1.70 on April 13 after the company discussed the FDA’s response.
