Bitwise CIO sees Bitcoin near a bottom, with upside volatility possible

Bitwise’s chief investment officer said Bitcoin appears to be near a bottom and may be showing signs of coiled volatility that could resolve to the upside. The executive also expressed optimism about the market’s direction for the rest of the year.
