A securities class action alleges that Alarum Technologies Ltd. and certain of its senior executives violated the federal securities laws by making materially false and/or misleading statements regarding the Company's anti-money laundering compliance, anti-terrorist financing controls, and regulatory risks. The complaint focuses on subsidiary NetNut Ltd., which allegedly engaged in unlawful behavior by linking customer home internet devices into another network without consent, enabling cyber criminals to conceal their locations and materially raising Alarum's legal exposure. On July 2, 2026, after Reuters reported on Google disrupting NetNut's proxy network used in malware operations, Alarum ADSs fell $1.67 per share, or 20.8%, to $6.35. Further declines occurred after a Bloomberg article and Alarum's July 4 press release announcing a temporary operational pause of certain network services, with shares closing at $3.08 on July 6. The class period runs from March 20, 2025 through July 2, 2026. Robbins LLP announced on August 21, 2026, that the deadline to seek lead-plaintiff status is October 5, 2026.
