Seoul Metropolitan Government will open applications for 496 apartment-style Mirinae Homes across 58 complexes, including 293 units at eight newly supplied complexes. The largest allocation is 133 59-square-meter units at The H Bangbae in Seocho, a complex that attracted attention after IVE member Ahn Yu-jin was reported to have won a unit in its general sale. Deposits are set at 80% or less of nearby jeonse market rates, and an installment program allows tenants to pay 70% at move-in and defer the remaining 30% at 2.73% annual interest, reducing upfront funds to about 56% of market rates. Eligible applicants are newlyweds married within seven years or couples planning to marry, subject to a five-year no-homeownership condition. Households that have a child after moving in can extend their lease for up to 20 years, with qualifying households able to buy their unit below market prices. Applications will be accepted from the 7th to the 9th of next month through the Seoul Housing & Urban Development Corporation website.
