Hyperliquid’s potential entry into the US compliant market could benefit both its HYPE token and Lighter’s LIT token, according to former Ethereum core developer and angel investor Eric Conner. Conner said the CFTC (U.S. derivatives regulator) Innovation Advisory Committee is scheduled to meet tomorrow and noted that Lighter founder Vlad is already listed on the committee’s adviser roster. If Hyperliquid gains access to the US compliant market, Conner said Lighter should be able to do so as well and could even become the first platform to enter.
