BILL Holdings reported fiscal fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of 84 cents per share and revenue of $436.19 million, exceeding analyst estimates of 70 cents and $430.55 million, respectively. The company forecast fiscal 2027 adjusted earnings per share of $3.56 to $3.79, above the $3.35 consensus, and revenue of $1.807 billion to $1.857 billion, with the midpoint slightly ahead of expectations. Fourth-quarter total payment volume rose 14% year over year to $98 billion, transactions increased 14% to 37 million, and core revenue grew 16% to $400.5 million. BILL served 479,300 businesses and said adoption of its AI capabilities was increasing. Shares fell 1.8% to $46.86 despite the upbeat results. UBS raised its price target to $60 while maintaining a Buy rating, and BTIG reiterated its Buy rating with a $60 target.
