BTC spot trading volume across major global exchanges reached $8.71 billion over the past 24 hours, with Binance recording $2.117 billion, Coinbase $1.222 billion and Gate $1.113 billion. ETH spot volume totaled $6.193 billion, led by Binance at $1.808 billion and Gate at $842 million. ETH derivatives volume reached $96.888 billion, while total ETH open interest (the value of outstanding derivative contracts) across exchanges was around $29.388 billion, including $7.97 billion on Binance and $2.6 billion on Gate.
