Treon Inc said it will provide Amazon Monitron users with a continuity path to Treon Flow, an AI-driven predictive maintenance platform built on core Amazon Monitron technology acquired in 2025. The offering includes simplified migration, discounted subscription plans and expanded capabilities while preserving familiar maintenance workflows, work methods and interface logic. Amazon Monitron, launched in 2020, helped Amazon reduce unplanned downtime at fulfillment centers by nearly 70% and avoid approximately 7,300 confirmed equipment issues across 88 global sites during its first 18 months. Treon Flow adds more precise fault detection, enhanced AI analytics, plant-wide asset health visualization, optimized workflows and flexible reporting for large asset fleets, including conveyor systems and balance-of-plant equipment. The platform and continuity path will debut at PACK EXPO International in Chicago from October 18-21, 2026, at Treon's booth S-3196.
