Humanoid intelligence company Current Robotics has publicly disclosed its financing progress for the first time, completing seed, angel and Pre-A rounds with total funding of hundreds of millions of RMB. Investors include BV Baidu Ventures, Hillhouse Capital, Oasis Capital, Monolith Capital, Qianhai Ark, Fosun Wealth and Junshan Capital, along with industry participants Zhiyuan Robotics, Xinghai Map and Jike Technology. The company plans to use the funds mainly for large-scale human-body data collection and for developing core technologies including full-body dexterous operation models, which enable precise whole-body manipulation, and interactive world models, which help AI understand interactive environments.
