Figure co-founder and executive chairman Mike Cagney said the company will launch The Wallet Co, a mobile application designed to combine the ease of modern financial technology with self-custody (users control their own assets) and blockchain-native products. The app is expected to offer directly spendable interest-bearing cash, RWA (real-world asset) yield and securities prediction markets, with an AI Agent built into every wallet. The Wallet Co is also publicly recruiting a head of operations and compliance with experience in KYC/AML (customer verification and anti-money-laundering controls), payments and the movement of funds.
