Robo.ai Inc. (Nasdaq: AIIO) said it will report unaudited financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2026, on August 24, 2026, after completing a series of acquisitions, reorganizations and other transactions since the start of the year. The disposal of its legacy operations removed the substantial majority of the company’s historical liabilities, while revenue from its newly acquired businesses is expected to develop gradually. Robo.ai expects the changes to support revenue and move shareholders’ equity into a positive position. The company acquired Neurovia AI, obtaining exclusive rights to certain AI data processing and compression technologies for potential use in public safety, transportation, energy and municipal services. It also completed the acquisition of Quantum Core Capital, an AI-powered deep-tech holding and venture-building platform whose operating entities are expected to begin business operations gradually in the UAE. Robo.ai established Alif Holding, an industrial group focused on UAE technology infrastructure and the development, integration and manufacturing of new technologies and materials for government, public-sector and mission-critical applications. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, former President of INTERPOL, is Chairman, while Dr. Jasem Al-Mansory, a former senior official at the UAE Ministry of Interior, is Chief Executive Officer. Chief Executive Officer Benjamin Zhai said the second half of 2026 would focus on integrating the acquired businesses, commercializing and scaling the technologies, and developing the supply chain. Robo.ai cautioned that its first-half results will not be comparable with the same period of 2025 because of the scale of the transformation, and that period revenue should not be treated as a normalized measure of future performance. The company plans to file its unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 6-K and provide further details on the transactions and outlook.
