Seoul and Washington have made meaningful progress in talks over South Korea's strategic investment projects in the United States, Industry Minister Kim Jung-kwan said Thursday. Kim made the comments at Incheon International Airport, west of Seoul, after returning from the United States, where he met U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick and others. He said additional details would be unveiled next month.
