InfraMed Properties launched on Aug. 20, 2026, as a healthcare infrastructure investment and operating platform formed by REDICO and newly established New York City-based real assets investment firm One Orchard. The venture is structured to acquire, develop, own, lease and manage medical outpatient properties across the United States, and began with 25 assets across 16 states leased to credit-backed tenants affiliated with leading health systems and specialty care providers. InfraMed is targeting more than $1 billion of investments, funded through programmatic equity and debt financing from Fifth Third Bank. One Orchard was co-founded by David Elliott and Bradley Guz and is supported by institutional limited partners led by Pantheon, which has $84 billion in assets under management.
