Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. reported 2026 interim results for the six months ended June 30, with revenue up 12.6% year on year to RMB615,351 million. Operating profit after tax attributable to shareholders of the parent company rose 8.3% to RMB84,196 million, while net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company increased 36.1% to RMB92,585 million. Equity attributable to shareholders of the parent company reached RMB1,028,084 million, up 2.8% from the beginning of the year, and the company raised its interim cash dividend 3.2% to RMB0.98 per share. Life and health insurance new business value rose 11.2% to RMB24,847 million, while Ping An continued to develop its integrated finance and health and senior care strategy. Retail customers increased 0.9% to 253 million, and monthly online active customers peaked at about 90 million in the 12 months ended June 30. Artificial intelligence was used across core business lines, with average daily token consumption exceeding 120 billion in June 2026. Ping An also reported growth in property and casualty insurance, banking, health services and senior care, alongside continued investment in green finance and rural vitalization.
