Franklin Templeton has completed a $1.5 billion fundraising for Franklin Templeton Structured Solutions 2026, its inaugural collateralized fund obligation (CFO), attracting investment from investors globally. The vehicle is designed to provide more diversified and efficient access to private markets through private-equity secondaries, continuation vehicles and direct lending to U.S. midsize companies. Evercore served as the transaction's structuring adviser and placement agent, while Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP acted as legal counsel for the issuance. As of the end of July 2026, Franklin Templeton managed $295 billion in alternative assets across private-equity secondaries, private real estate, private credit, venture capital, hedge strategies and digital assets.
