The filing cured a missed Aug. 13 deadline and a related notice from NYSE Regulation under Section 1007 of the NYSE American Company Guide. On Aug. 21, the company also disclosed that the fiscal 2026 financial statements included an independent auditor’s explanatory paragraph emphasizing a going concern qualification, as required under Section 610(b); the disclosure did not amend the filings.
