Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said the cryptocurrency market may be approaching its next bull market during an interview with CNBC. He said Coinbase is watching the Sept. 15 vote on the Clarity Act and noted that October, November and December have historically been strong months for Bitcoin under past halving cycles.
