OSI Systems shares fell 8.75% to $199 on Friday, near the 52-week low of $197.27, after the company reported mixed fiscal fourth-quarter results and forecast fiscal 2027 revenue below Wall Street estimates. Fourth-quarter adjusted EPS was $3.78, essentially matching the $3.77 consensus and rising from $3.24 a year earlier, while revenue fell about 4% to $484.06 million versus the $529.67 million estimate. Fiscal 2026 nevertheless produced record revenue of $1.79 billion, adjusted EPS of $10.35, operating cash flow of $276 million for the year and a backlog of approximately $1.9 billion. The company forecast fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS of $11.13 to $11.49 and revenue of approximately $1.88 billion to $1.93 billion, with the upper end below the $1.94 billion analyst estimate. OSI Systems also authorized the repurchase of an additional 1 million shares, leaving 1,078,731 shares available under its buyback program. Technical indicators showed the stock well below its 20-, 50- and 200-day moving averages, with an RSI of 29.84 and a death cross formed in June.
