ServiceNow Inc. (NYSE:NOW) shares rose 2.93% to $130.93 on Thursday at the time of publication, according to Benzinga Pro, after the company and Tech Mahindra announced an expanded multi-year partnership to help enterprises move artificial-intelligence projects from pilots into full-scale production. Under the Client Zero approach, Tech Mahindra and its parent, the Mahindra & Mahindra Group, will test new AI tools internally before deploying them for other ServiceNow customers. Tech Mahindra already runs its global IT operations on ServiceNow, processing more than 100,000 support cases monthly across 90 countries. ServiceNow chairman and CEO Bill McDermott cited lower costs and an approximately 25% efficiency improvement in first-level IT support, while Tech Mahindra CEO Mohit Joshi said the arrangement would provide technology, industry expertise and governance for responsible AI adoption. Rob Sechan, CEO of NewEdge Wealth, subsequently selected ServiceNow as his final trade on CNBC’s Halftime Report Final Trades. ServiceNow shares later were reported up 2% at a $129.75 close, a difference reflecting the separate intraday and closing figures. The stock remained above its 20-day, 50-day and 200-day moving averages, although the 50-day average was below the 200-day average.
