Shareholders of Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste approved a merger with Inversiones y Técnicas Aeroportuarias, S.A.P.I. de C.V. to integrate technical-assistance and technology-transfer services, a transaction expected to add about 7.2 million shares and increase ASUR’s outstanding share count to approximately 307.2 million from 300 million. They also approved bylaw amendments and two extraordinary Ps. 10-per-share dividends, payable in November and December 2026, respectively. ASUR operates 16 airports across Mexico, Colombia and Puerto Rico and is listed on the NYSE and Mexico’s BMV.
