BJ's Wholesale Club reported fiscal second-quarter 2026 adjusted EPS of $1.36 and revenue of about $6.23 billion, both well ahead of Wall Street estimates, and raised its full-year adjusted EPS outlook to $4.60-$4.80 from $4.40-$4.60. Results were driven by a surge in gasoline sales, record membership of 8.5 million and stronger club traffic, with comparable club sales up 11.9% and merchandise comps excluding fuel up 3.1%. Membership fee income rose 9.9% to $135.6 million, higher-tier memberships reached a record 43% of the base, digitally enabled comparable sales jumped 30%, and adjusted free cash flow was about $266 million. The company opened three Texas clubs and a New Jersey gas station, plans seven more openings plus one relocation this year, and saw shares rise 4.7% in Friday trading.
