The Roundhill Memory ETF, trading under DRAM, has grown its assets under management 20% in the past two months to a record $28 billion. The fund received $1.2 billion in net inflows over the past eight weeks even as its share price fell 28%. Since its April 2 launch, cumulative inflows have reached $27 billion while the fund price has risen 98%. A 2x leveraged storage chip ETF called RAM, launched on June 24, has already attracted approximately $893 million in inflows.
