Binance will stop processing transactions involving 11 crypto-asset service providers from Aug. 23, 2026, the largest phase of a compliance action launched earlier this month. The exchange identified HTX (Huobi Global SA), EXMO Ltd, Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto, Tradex, Monease, BitPapa and Exnode in an Aug. 14 notice, warning users not to send to, receive from or otherwise transact through Binance with them after the cutoff. They join Shelbit, Aban Tether Exchange, A7 Nigeria, A7 Africa and PilotFinance, bringing the total to 16. Transactions involving listed platforms may be held for compliance review, with temporary wallet restrictions during the process. The action does not delist cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, USDT and other assets remain tradable, but transfers involving listed counterparties may face delays. Binance cited recent regulatory developments without naming a specific law. The platforms overlap with EU, UK and US sanctions actions involving entities accused of helping route funds around Russia- and Iran-related sanctions, and the staggered rollout could lead to further restrictions if regulators add new names.
