Ubiquiti Inc. reported a record fiscal fourth quarter, with adjusted EPS of $4.73 beating the $4.033 consensus by about 17% and revenue of $937.32 million topping estimates by roughly 10%. Enterprise Technology revenue rose 27.7% to $868.31 million, more than offsetting a 12.7% drop in Service Provider Technology to $69.01 million. Full-year revenue reached $3.27 billion, up 27.22%, while net income climbed to $960.30 million and full-year operating income expanded 41.75% after the company repaid its outstanding debt in March. Gross margin of 45.8% improved year over year but compressed from 47.0% in the prior quarter amid higher component and shipping costs, supply constraints, and tariff exposure. The board raised the quarterly dividend 25% to $1.00 per share, committed to at least that level in fiscal 2027, and extended a $500 million buyback through Sept. 30, 2027. With insiders holding about 93% of shares, most of the roughly $242 million annualized payout accrues to holders led by founder-CEO Robert J. Pera. Shares opened near $594 before reversing to around $522.
