Nvidia is in advanced discussions to invest several hundred million dollars in Cloverleaf Infrastructure, a company that arranges power and powered land for large data-center projects. The transaction could be announced as soon as Friday morning, although its exact terms were not immediately known. Cloverleaf’s project pipeline exceeds 10 gigawatts, and the potential investment would deepen Nvidia’s involvement in AI infrastructure while helping secure future data-center capacity for its chips. Nvidia shares were down 0.33%. The company has also invested in power developers including Lancium and SoftBank’s SB Energy.
