Cloverleaf Infrastructure LLC announced a strategic partnership with NVIDIA to advance digital infrastructure development across the United States, including a minority investment by NVIDIA to support the build-out of AI factories. Founded in 2024, Cloverleaf has developed a pipeline and delivered multiple GW-scale projects to customers across North America. The company will use NVIDIA DSX™ Platform to coordinate site, power, cooling, computing and facility decisions earlier in the design process, helping customers assess tradeoffs within power, water and grid constraints. Once operational, NVIDIA DSX infrastructure and software will help optimize energy use and computing capacity. Cloverleaf customers will be able to engage with NVIDIA across the AI factory stack, including accelerated computing, high-performance networking, infrastructure and platform software, and NVIDIA DSX. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC advised Cloverleaf exclusively on financial matters, while Kirkland & Ellis LLP provided legal counsel.
