Strive, Inc., which trades on NASDAQ under the ticker ASST, has raised capital through its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, SATA, to purchase another 400 Bitcoin. Launched in November 2025 through an oversubscribed IPO that generated roughly $149 million to $160 million, SATA allows Strive to raise equity through at-the-market offerings when the preferred stock trades above its $100 par value. The instrument pays holders a daily dividend at an annualized rate of approximately 13%. Strive’s Bitcoin holdings have grown from the low thousands in late 2025 to between 19,000 and 20,000 BTC by mid-August 2026, including purchases of about 2,500 BTC between May 23 and June 1 at an average price of $74,092 and another 759 BTC in June. The company manages more than $2 billion to $2.5 billion as a registered asset manager, and its buying has reportedly exceeded daily new Bitcoin production on peak acquisition days.
