SolarMax Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMXT) said it received a Nasdaq notice on Aug. 20, 2026, stating that it did not meet continued-listing requirements under Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because it had not filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company has until Oct. 19 to submit a plan to regain compliance. If Nasdaq accepts the plan, it can grant an exception of up to 180 days from the filing’s due date, extending the deadline to Feb. 16, 2027. SolarMax, founded in 2008 and based in California, provides residential and commercial solar services and has expanded into industrial EPC projects and LED lighting solutions in the United States.
