Keeta Network Chief Executive Officer Ty has given the attackers 72 hours to return all funds obtained in the attack, with repayment accepted in KTA, ETH or USDC. Ty said the investigation has made substantive progress and produced evidence that could identify those behind the incident, including attack-related IP addresses, VPN and VPS infrastructure, user agents and technical environments used to make unauthorized requests, email addresses, software and infrastructure providers. The evidence has been preserved and submitted to relevant parties. If the funds are returned in full, Keeta is willing to offer a reward and resolve the matter without pursuing legal liability. If the deadline expires, it will retain all rights to seek legal remedies and recover the funds. Ty previously said the root cause of the security incident had been confirmed and that a patch was being tested. The issue is isolated to the affected component and does not affect Keeta's anchor system or any external connected systems. KTA on Base is unaffected. Keeta's mainnet, the primary live blockchain network, will remain read-only until testing is complete and additional safeguards are put in place. The team is evaluating the best way to fully compensate all affected users.
