South Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups will accept applications from September 24 through October 8 for the 2026 Delivery Price Indexation Outstanding Company awards. Ten companies will receive ministerial commendations for signing and implementing agreements that adjust delivery prices when raw-material costs fluctuate, helping share cost pressures between prime contractors and subcontractors. The review will consider contract coverage, the number of subcontractors covered, adjustment results and efforts to promote adoption. Companies that raised subcontractor delivery prices or provided liquidity through early payments amid raw-material volatility linked to the Middle East conflict will receive preferential treatment. Winners will be eligible for inspection exemptions and other compliance, penalty and administrative-fine benefits beginning in 2027.
