Solana’s on-chain ecosystem continued expanding as real-world asset (RWA) holders surpassed 300,000 and decentralized finance (DeFi) total value locked (TVL) reached $10.7 billion. In the earlier market snapshot, SOL rose roughly 32% in a week, reclaimed $100 on August 25 and reached $103.50, with trading volume near $7.8 billion, market capitalization approaching $60 billion and spot SOL ETF inflows exceeding $33 million. In a later snapshot, ChainCatcher reported that SOL had retreated from $208 to around $187, highlighting a divergence between on-chain growth and token performance. The rally’s durability remained dependent on support near $75-$80 and sustained closes above the $100-$110 resistance region, while overbought momentum, exchange inflows, macro uncertainty, regulatory developments, outages and layer-1 competition posed risks.
