Apollo’s systems were breached between July 6 and July 10, 2026, with potentially affected information including names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, contact information and home addresses; Apollo attributed unauthorized access to certain cloud platforms to social engineering, notified law enforcement, and is offering 24 months of credit monitoring through Cyberscout. Paylogix was breached between Nov. 13 and Nov. 18, 2025; Mungo Homes between May 6 and May 11, 2026; Turner Construction between July 2 and July 15, 2026; and ASOS US Sales between July 28 and July 29, 2026, with exposed data ranging from policy and financial account numbers to redacted payment card details and passport numbers. Southern Illinois University reported that an unauthorized user accessed certain university files, with breach activity in late 2025 between July and September and discovery around July 24, 2026; the university notified the Texas Attorney General on or about August 21, 2026, and information potentially compromised may include names, addresses and Social Security numbers. The firms are assessing whether reasonable safeguards were maintained and whether affected individuals may pursue compensation at no cost, and recommend monitoring accounts and credit reports, preserving breach notices, and considering fraud alerts or credit monitoring.
