Rznomics Inc. (KOSDAQ: 476830), a South Korean clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, has joined Lilly Gateway Labs in San Diego, California, strengthening its collaboration with Eli Lilly and Company on RNA-editing therapies. The hub offers wet-lab facilities and direct engagement with Lilly scientists and senior management, supporting Rznomics’ proprietary trans-splicing ribozyme platform and pipeline of more than 200 disease-targeting drug candidates. Rznomics also plans to establish U.S. clinical infrastructure, expand international partnerships and recruit local R&D talent. The move follows a May 2025 research collaboration and licensing agreement with Lilly, reportedly valued at about ₩1.9 trillion, or approximately $1.4 billion, and Rznomics’ December 2025 KOSDAQ listing. Rznomics is the second South Korean company to join Lilly Gateway Labs, as Lilly expands its global biotech incubation network and plans a South Korean presence with Samsung Biologics by 2027.
