She says the pressure led to a suicide attempt and rejected a settlement with a silence clause, choosing instead to publish all evidence on Aug. 26. Hsin-Ju detailed her nine-year crypto career at Stellar, Solana and Fhenix before and after her 2025 role at Hack VC. She also reported ongoing COBRA health insurance disputes and alleged further interference during legal talks. Hack VC said it is aware of the post, is concerned about her health and disputes the account while declining further comment to respect privacy.
