Jyske Bank is conducting a share repurchase programme from 5 February 2026 through 29 January 2027 at the latest, with authorization to acquire shares worth up to DKK 3 billion under Corporate Announcement No. 11/2026, issued on 5 February 2026. The programme complies with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU Regulation No 596/2014) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, together referred to as the Safe Harbour Rules. In the week-34 transactions reported for 17-21 August 2026, the bank bought 55,859 shares in five transactions at average prices ranging from DKK 1,042.09 to DKK 1,066.24. Cumulatively, the programme has acquired 1,808,913 shares at an average purchase price of DKK 933.29, for a total transaction value of DKK 1,688,240,850. After settlement, Jyske Bank will hold 1,808,913 treasury shares, excluding investments made for customers and shares held for trading, equal to 3.11% of its share capital.
