Coway (021240.KS) is expanding its business-to-business (B2B) appliance business with integrated product recommendations, professional installation and after-sales care for corporate and institutional customers. The company tailors water purifiers, air purifiers and bidets, along with operating plans, to each site’s available space, layout and usage patterns. Its expansion has produced orders for about 9,200 units from Nonghyup branches nationwide last year, 5,700 units from CJ Group affiliates and 2,200 units from Megastudy in the first half of this year. Coway is also broadening its customer base across hotels, retail, finance, construction and government, including air purifier contracts from the Seoul, Ulsan and Jeju offices of education.
