EQT AB repurchased 542,055 ordinary shares for SEK 182.81 million between Aug. 17 and Aug. 21, 2026, under a program allowing the company to buy back up to 4,368,899 shares for a maximum SEK 2.5 billion. The program runs from July 20 to Sept. 4 and follows the EU Market Abuse Regulation and related delegated regulation. Including the latest purchases, EQT had repurchased 2,980,716 shares at an average price of SEK 332.0975, for a total value of SEK 989,888,385.12. As of Aug. 21, EQT held 59,645,481 treasury shares out of 1,226,602,864 issued shares, leaving 1,166,957,383 outstanding shares.
