Industrial confidence rose to 98.1 from 97.8 in July, its highest reading since March, offsetting declines in construction, trade and selected services. Construction confidence fell to 112.6 from 113.2, trade sentiment weakened to 92.2 from 93.3, and confidence in selected services eased to 102.2 from 102.4.
