Festi purchased 225,000 own shares for ISK 69,150,000 during week 34 of 2026, taking its holdings to 5,393,864 shares, or 1.73% of issued share capital. Its cumulative purchases reached 1,715,000 shares for ISK 533,220,000 under a program allowing purchases of up to 3,000,000 shares for no more than ISK 1 billion. Separately, Trifork Group AG acquired 22,500 shares from Aug. 17 to Aug. 21, bringing accumulated purchases under its current program to 406,531 shares, or 2.1% of share capital, and total treasury shares to 674,666, or 3.4%. Trifork's program allows purchases of up to DKK 75 million, approximately EUR 10 million, through no later than Dec. 31, 2026.
