Royal Jordanian Airlines has selected next-generation Aviation Software from Ramco Systems FZ – LLC, a subsidiary of Ramco Systems Limited (BSE: 532370; NSE: RAMCOSYS), after evaluating global aviation software solutions. The national airline of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan will use Ramco modules for engineering and CAMO, maintenance, supply-chain management, safety, quality and compliance, as well as MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) and parts sales. The platform is intended to improve operational efficiency and fleet reliability through centralized technical documentation, audit-ready reporting, digital task cards, mobile tools and tailored dashboards. Integration with Royal Jordanian's existing IT environment is designed to support data flow across functions, real-time visibility and paperless processes. Royal Jordanian Vice President and Chief Executive Officer Samer Majali said digital transformation is central to the airline's growth strategy as it modernizes its fleet and expands its route network. Ramco Systems Chief Executive Officer Sandesh Bilagi said the platform would simplify maintenance and technical operations, while investments in artificial intelligence and agentic automation could support greater operational resilience. Ramco says its aviation software is used by more than 24,000 users managing more than 4,000 aircraft worldwide, with more than 90 aviation organizations as customers. Royal Jordanian, founded in 1963 and headquartered in Amman, operates more than 55 destinations from Queen Alia International Airport and offers access to nearly 900 destinations through the oneworld alliance.
